Saniah Spencer was appointed Executive, Group Marketing of The Jamaica National Group in March 2021. She provides strategic marketing leadership for the JN member companies, to include alignment of the strategic marketing objectives and executions across the Group. She is also responsible to track marketing performance and reporting and assist with product enhancements and developments.
With extensive knowledge of the banking sector and its operations, Miss Spencer has been Chief – Marketing and Product Development for JN Bank for five years, with responsibility for strategic oversight of the brand, integrated marketing, sales promotions and events management, product development units and the overseas representative offices.
Miss Spencer joined the Jamaica National Building Society in 2002 as Senior Member Service Officer. She has had an accelerated career path, holding key positions in the JN Group, including Marketing Representative, Sales Manager, Operations Development Manager and Senior Manager.
She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers, UK, and holds a Masters of Management Degree in Strategic Management & Executive Leadership from Penn State University. She also completed the Banking & Innovation Executive Certification from Florida International University and the BA in Business Management, from Northern Caribbean University.
