Beverley E. Prescod, MBA, PMP, ICA Intl. (GRC), CAMS

Beverley Prescod joined JN Cayman in June 2021 as Assistant Vice President – Operations. In this role, Mrs Prescod oversees and regulates JN Cayman’s operations, ensuring strong strategic planning and seamless execution to deliver uninterrupted, high-quality service to members and future customers.

Mrs Prescod is a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS) with more than 30 years of experience in spearheading transformations, team development, and comprehensive financial growth for retail banking, delivery channels, electronic banking units and central services.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Durham in the United Kingdom and an Executive Diploma in Management from The University of The West Indies.

Before joining JN Cayman, she worked as Principal Consultant and Managing Director at B Prescod International Consultancy Inc., providing global clients with a variety of services including project management, small and micro business management, operations management, and debt counselling services.

She was Senior Manager of Retail Banking and Central Services at First Citizens Bank in Barbados for five years, and also worked with Butterfield Bank for 14 years as Manager of Card Services and Card Operations Management.

Beyond her professional credentials, Mrs Prescod is a member of Optimist International. She is a past President of the Barbados Optimist Club and past Vice President of the Optimist Club of George Town in Cayman. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute and an affiliate of the International Compliance Association.
