Sharon Whitelocke

Sharon Whitelocke is a results-driven and self-motivated executive leader with a strong track record of driving operational efficiency and digital transformation.  Sharon has been instrumental in the development of JNFM’s product offerings as well as expanding new growth areas and operational efficiencies.  She brings a strategic, hands-on approach to scaling business operations, optimizing workflows, and delivering measurable performance improvements.

With her deep expertise in process flow optimization, automation, risk management, and enterprise technology implementation, Sharon has successfully led transformative initiatives that have significantly enhanced efficiency and organizational agility. Her leadership has supported the implementation of robust internal controls, and improved access to critical data, that has enabled smarter and faster decision-making.

Sharon has spearheaded the modernizing of JNFM’s digital platform, enhancing client experience and engagement whilst also increasing the organization’s online visibility.  She is passionate about bringing together data, tech, and cross-functional teams to align business goals and drive strategic outcomes.

Sharon graduated from the University of the West Indies, Mona with a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Management Studies and earned a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of South Florida, USA.
