With a passion for building purpose led businesses providing customers access to straightforward financial services products, delivered with exemplary service, Paul Noble joined JN Bank as CEO in January 2023.
A highly accomplished and resourceful business leader, with over 25 years’ experience in financial services, Paul Noble has taken businesses from start-up to successes as well as transforming divisions of large banks to deliver great customer and business outcomes.
He previously spent six years at Pollen Street Capital, an asset manager focused on financial services. There he led the investment into Tandem Bank and transformation towards building the UK’s greener digital bank, complemented with additional business acquisitions. Prior to this, he co-founded 118 118 Money to shake up the traditional approach to lending and provide a fairer value alternative to customers unable to borrow from their bank.
Paul Noble’s strong approach to leveraging data and understanding customer needs across retail banking has supported him throughout his career, with executive roles in Lloyds Bank, Barclays and RBS. Paul has also served as a non-executive director and board advisor for businesses and trade associations across the financial services sector.
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, holds a MBA in International Strategic Leadership from Nottingham Trent University and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics.
