TAKE NOTICE that on the 14th day of August, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica will hear Fixed Date Claim Form No. SU2023CD00423 by which The Jamaica National Group Limited with registered office at 2-4 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 10 in the parish of Saint Andrew, will seek orders permitting the deferral of its 2022 Annual General Meeting to a date other than the 16th day of August, 2023, pursuant to section 130(2) of the Companies Act.
